..forgive the site over the next few days, I have lots to change to get it ready for Carrie and myself. Galleries will be changing around, maybe even the whole site.

If something is not working properly, that would be my fault, I am probably in the middle of making changes and forgot to put up the ‘Man at Work’ sign.

New studio found…

….in an old place, going back to Koken Art Gallery, just in a new space. This one is a lot more completed than the last one, it has brand new and very expensive windows, which solves the heating/cooling issues. I am very grateful to Tim for making this space available to me and Carrie.

In the next couple months we will be ready to start shooting. Once the studio is ours I have somethings to do before we go full blown shooting in the space. I hope to see a lot of new and old faces in the new place very soon.

Brenna was in town last week, we got to hang out and have some fun. Since I am in the middle of finding new studio space we had to do an impromptu shoot outside. The weather here has been horrible, 100 plus temps and humidity at 80%, last week we had a 119 heat index. Needless to say we did not get to shoot very long, so you may only see this one image from the shoot.

It was good to spend time with my friend once again, missed her these last three years.

Soulard Art Market – BIG GAY ART SHOW

Coinciding with Pride Month, this exhibition seeks to honor the LGBT
(Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, & Transgender) Community. In the spirit of
open-mindedness, the show curators will consider artwork in all styles and
media for this event. Gay content is not required. We do ask that all
submissions be tasteful, we are not looking for erotica. A portion of the
proceeds will be donated to HRC (Human Rights Campaign).

OT3P – Once again

Due to some very strange medication reactions I did not get to this show,

which is extremely upsetting to me, but my health

and safety of others had to come first.

I can only hope that the next time OTEP is in town

they will be gracious enough to let me make up for missing this show.

…next week OT3P will be playing at Pop’s in Sauget, IL and I get to shoot the show again. I have been waiting to do this type of shoot with my new camera body, I am hoping to get some great results.

As for the health issues…

Still Anemic, even more so now from what I understand
Prostate Physical and Blood Test all both negative
CT Scan w/wo contrast – shows a right side kidney stone, Dr. Doshi was thinking this could be the problem before the results of the scan. Years ago I had some stones blasted, they did not come out right after the treatment so they went and got the pieces. This stone could be embeded or just be a new stone, I will no more soon.

I am not sure if this is why this is going on, but I will be glad for it to be over so I can stop passing out when I get the slightest bit tired.
