So I am going to pimp myself out, trying to win a contest to get published an upcoming issue of JPG magazine

For those of you that do not know, Lithium Picnic is being sued by Suicide Girls, claiming he broke his non-compete clause and god knows what else. It seems this is not the first time they have been greedy little fucks, suing other websites either trying to shut them down or keep them from even opening up. From what I can see this is really about money and not whatever agreement Lithium had with SG. SG was a good idea and a great place when it first started, but when I started to see more ‘hardcore’ type shots I lost interest, it became more about money, money, money than it did the original concept…at least that is how I saw things.

Something like this can cost tens of thousands of dollars to fight, our system is so fucked that truth and justice do not always prevail, more often than not it is about who has the most money. I believe Lithium is also going to have print sales (as in discounted) to help raise some money as well. As broke as I am, I sent him $10 because I look up to him as a Photographer and every penny counts, if enough people that cannot send more than $10 do so, it will have a huge impact on his funds, increasing his chances of winning this bullshit lawsuit.
