Lacie and my on going problems….

…are no longer on going.

The customer service supervisor Paul Yamashita went above and beyond to finally solve this monitor nightmare for me. I am now working with what has to be one of the best LCD monitors on the market, yes I said LCD and BEST in the same sentence. I was given a brand new Lacie 321 LCD Monitor along with a refurbished Blue Eye Pro to replace my older Blue Eye that would not work with the new monitor/software.

To say I am finally happy with Lacie would be an understatement and a very long time coming as well. All that matters is that this monitor work for more than a few days and since it is new technology, not the old and refurbished they have been sending me, I am not that worried about this monitor.
